Danae Frentz

Mental Performance Trainer | MSc, BKin

My approach combines evidence-based mental performance strategies with compassionate, athlete-centred care. I believe athletes deserve support that helps them develop not only as performers, but as people.

Over the last eight years, much of my research and applied work has focused on self-compassion within sport and performance settings, helping athletes pursue excellence without losing themselves in the process.

Outside of working with athletes, I enjoy playing soccer, making music, spending time with my dog Penny, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
