I’m Danae!

I’m a mental performance trainer based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I journey alongside athletes, performers, and coaches to help them develop mental performance skills that support both their performance and well-being. 

I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to coaching, combining my understanding of the physical body from my Bachelor of Kinesiology with insights into the brain and mind from my Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology. It is my passion to provide young people with the skills and resources that I wish I had throughout my experiences as a multi-sport athlete.

Developing skills like focus, emotion regulation, and confidence allows individuals to perform at high levels of excellence without sacrificing their mental health and well-being in the process.
